In March 2022, MWEG hosted our spring conference — "Small Acts, Big Impacts: The Transformational Power of Women Working Together." Speakers included Nubia Peña, Michelle Love-Day, Kristin Andrus, Lisa Argyle, and Melinda Brown, who discussed topics like accessing power to lead, advocacy for systemic change, redistricting, and building the "beloved community" by embracing political differences.
