Alexis Bradley

MWEG Director of Communities

Alexis Janique Bradley serves as the director of communities for Mormon Women of Ethical Government. A wife and mother of four vibrant children, she has a degree in sociology from Brigham Young University, where she developed a passion for community engagement and social justice.

Alexis has a strong background in community engagement after 20 years of training and public speaking across corporate, educational, and nonprofit sectors — both nationally and internationally. A decade of this experience came from working with a nonprofit organization in Washington, D.C., focusing on youth leadership, safe schools, and crime prevention. This experience reinforced her belief in the necessity of building connected communities and enhancing civic engagement in today’s diverse society.

Most recently, Alexis co-created Let’s Talk Sis, an online community dedicated to bridging divides and fostering understanding between racial and cultural groups. Alongside her sister, she created a training and consulting framework, providing resources and skill-building opportunities to promote dialogue among diverse communities. Through her initiatives, Alexis aims to create spaces where empathy and collaboration thrive while promoting sensitivity and awareness of our shared humanity.
